The Role
We’re looking for two Patient Concierges to be the welcoming face and voice of Luxe. As our first point of contact, you’ll create the calm, luxurious first impression that sets us apart from traditional imaging centers. You’ll help patients feel relaxed and confident from the moment they arrive or call, while keeping operations smooth and efficient behind the scenes.
This is more than a front-desk job — it’s a patient experience role in a high-end healthcare setting.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every patient with warmth and professionalism, creating a calm, upscale environment
- Manage check-in using our modern EHR system (Athenahealth)
- Handle appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and multi-line systems with ease
- Verify insurance and support billing processes
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless care and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records while upholding the highest HIPAA standards
- Assist with administrative tasks and help keep our beautiful facility running smoothly
- Contribute to the overall patient journey — turning what can be an intimidating experience into one that feels effortless and supportive
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, positive, and polished presence — you naturally make people feel comfortable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in a medical office, dental clinic, or similar healthcare setting is a plus, but we will train the right person
- Comfort with computers, phones, and learning new systems (Athenahealth experience preferred)
- Bilingual abilities are a big advantage
- Energy, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others
