**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with medical and therapeutic teams to provide holistic care.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. - Maintain contact with parole officers and referral sources
- Offer education and support to clients and their families.
**Qualifications:**
- **Utah SUDC or ASUDC License** required.
- Minimum **1+ years** of experience in addiction counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical and client-centered care.
