About the Role We are a growing mold inspection and indoor air quality company in Omaha looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mold Inspector to join our team. You will perform thorough, unbiased mold assessments for residential and commercial properties across the Omaha metro area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive visual mold inspections, moisture mapping, and indoor air quality evaluations
- Perform air, surface, and bulk sampling following industry standards
- Use moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and other diagnostic tools
- Prepare clear, professional inspection reports with photos and lab results
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to homeowners, realtors, property managers, and insurance adjusters
- Maintain equipment and follow all safety protocols
- Stay current with IICRC, EPA, and ACAC best practices
Requirements
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (company van may be provided after probation)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and various environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMI (Council-certified Mold Inspector), CIE, or equivalent certification
- IICRC AMRT or MRS certification
- Previous experience in mold inspection, restoration, or home inspection
- Knowledge of building science and moisture intrusion

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
