Front Desk & Retail Sales Specialist – Portray Salon
Portray Salon is looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-driven Front Desk & Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for helping clients find the right haircare products to maintain their salon results at home.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a welcoming experience while also educating clients on our professional Davines retail products and supporting our stylists in providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling and phone calls
- Support stylists by recommending and selling Davines haircare products to clients
- Educate clients on product benefits and home haircare routines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail display
- Process payments and manage checkout efficiently
- Assist with salon operations and guest experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for the beauty and haircare industry
- Interest in retail sales and product education
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment
- Previous salon or retail experience is a plus

Pay: $15.92 - $20.00 per hour
