Current Opportunities:
Full-Time Custodian Positions - Starting at $30,116 annually + Benefits | 37.5-hour work week
- Sanford/Lake Mary Campus - Day Shift
- Sanford/Lake Mary Campus - Night Shift
- Sanford/Lake Mary Campus - Weekend Shift
- Heathrow Campus - Night Shift
Part-Time Custodian Position – $14.00 per hour | Up to 26 hours per week
- Oviedo Campus - Day Shift
What You'll Do:
Help maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for students, employees, and visitors.
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, offices, common areas, and other College facilities.
- Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and floor care.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including walkways, windows, fixtures, and grounds.
- Perform specialized cleaning such as carpet extraction, floor care, pressure washing, and event cleanup.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) with acceptable driving record
