Dining Room Supervisor (Full-Time)
Schedule is either 11am-7:30pm or 12pm-8:30pm Monday through Friday and every other weekend 9:30am-7:30pm on Saturday and 9:30am-2:30pm on Sunday

We’re seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our dining room and ensure a seamless experience for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise dining room staff and operations
- Act as liaison between dining room and kitchen
- Step in for Dining Services Director/Manager when needed
- Coordinate and oversee in-house and off-site catering events
- Create bi-weekly staffing schedules
- Order and manage dining-related supplies
- Maintain POS system (Full Count) and generate reports
- Handle delivery logistics for resident meals
- Ensure food service compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee dietary paperwork and cost reports
- Support special event planning with residents and families
- Attend relevant team and department meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or culinary degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in dining services, restaurant supervision, or hospitality leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with POS systems, scheduling, and basic billing processes
- Ability to lead with compassion and professionalism
