Responsibilities/Job Description:
Fairview Range is looking for an Audiology Assistant to join our care team at the Fairview Mesaba Clinic in Hibbing, MN.
The Audiology Assistant provides assistance to staff audiologists and administrative support to the hearing aid and cochlear implant program. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Schedule: This position is full time working 72-80 hours per two weeks, 8-hour Day/Evening shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

Evaluates, reassesses, and assists with all incoming and outgoing hearing aids.

Completes electro-acoustic testing on hearing aids.

Processes and maintains required paperwork related to hearing aid dispensary.

Verifies insurance benefits for MS eligibility.

Processes end of month financial reports/information.

Processes CSU information requests and ESCO claim forms.

Generates and maintains files in NOAH system.

Calibrates audiometers and verify test box.

Demonstrates ability to provide care or service by adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

5 years' experience in Audiology

$22.33 - $30.91 Hourly

Fairview Range is hiring an Audiology Assistant to join our Audiology Department at the Fairview Mesaba Clinic in Hibbing, MN.
Join our team as an Audiology Assistant, where you will play a key role in providing support to staff audiologists and contributing to the success of our hearing aid and cochlear implant program. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks and direct assistance to audiologists, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals interested in the dynamic field of audiology.
Schedule: This position will work XX-XX hours per two weeks. The shift length will be X-hours on the day/evening shift. Weekends as needed. You will be primarily based in Hibbing, but may provide coverage in Nashwauk and Mountain Iron as needed.
