JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join the Second Shift of our Industrial Finishes Team. Our Industrial Finishes Team is responsible for performing part quality control inspections, parts cleaning/washing, parts pretreatment, and parts powder coating.
Our Industrial Finishes Team works very closely with our Engineering, Metal Fabrication, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Assembly Teams. You’ll learn to work against a production schedule, read and following Work Orders and design drawings, and receive training in our quality control processes.
The Industrial Finishes Team is an important part of our end-to-end manufacturing process and so punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail are required for success.
This position will train on first shift 7am-330pm but employees will be expected to move to second shift 3pm-1130pm after training.
All of our operations are conducted within our manufacturing facility at 33 Cypress Blvd., Round Rock, TX - so your commute will be consistent and predictable. This is a full time position which is scheduled at 40 hours per week. All tools are provided by the company.

- Entry hourly wage rate of $18.00/hour DOE.

THINGS TO KNOW WHEN APPLYING:
- Our production facility is inside and protected from the sun but is not climate controlled. It does get warm in the summer and cool in the winter. We do have multiple refrigerated water coolers and fans throughout the facility but temperature conditions follow the climate.
- This position will train on first shift 7am-330pm but employees will be expected to move to second shift 3pm-1130pm after training.
- The Industrial Finishes Second Shift regular workday schedule starts at 3:00pm and ends at 11:30pm with a 30 minute meal break according to the team’s schedule.
- Overtime is frequently available on a voluntary basis but is mandatory in certain peak situations – including occasional weekend work.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be legally eligible to work within the United States. In compliance with Federal Law, USCIS Form I-9 documents are completed for all employees.
