Bilingual Front Desk / Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Onsite – North Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full-Time (Starts at 7:00 AM sharp)
Pay: $16.00 / hour + Health Insurance Included

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, positive, and organized Front Desk & Sales Support Coordinator to be the face of our North Las Vegas office. In this role, you will manage our front desk, assist walk-in customers, and provide critical administrative, pricing, and operational support to our Sales and Property Management teams.
What You’ll Do
- Front Desk & Client Relations: Greet walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls with an unshakeable positive attitude.
- Installer & Logistics Support: Check out installers and verify they have all necessary materials to complete jobs.
- Sales Quoting & Support: Prepare and send accurate sales quotes (residential, commercial, and apartments) to properties and sales reps.
- Pricing & Order Verification: Review orders for pricing accuracy, update property templates in the system, and request/attach Purchase Orders (POs).
- Vendor Coordination: Verify vendor pricing and maintain updated pricing templates.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
- The Early Bird: Comfortable and ready to start the workday at 7:00 AM.
- Professionalism & Positivity: A naturally bright, professional demeanor and a positive attitude at all times.
- Detail-Oriented Multi-Tasker: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Tech & Industry Savvy (Preferred but not necessary): Experience with RollMaster (or similar systems) and a background in flooring, construction, or property management is a major plus (but not required).
