Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and oversee personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring efficient case progression and exceptional client service. Your expertise will support our attorneys by managing case documentation, conducting thorough research, and maintaining clear communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Duties
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the litigation process
- Set up claims, work with client and insurance carriers.
- Review and organize legal documents, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance correspondence using document management systems (Smart Advocate)
- Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and insurance representatives to gather pertinent information for case development
- Provide executive administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating communication among team members
Requirements
- At least 2-3 experience with a no-fault regime.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not dispositive.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
