COURTESY OFFICER
The Courtesy Patrol/Community Representative is the community's representative whose primary duties are to patrol the property by foot and vehicle to provide the greatest visible presence on the property and the utmost in professional customer service.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.

Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.

Basic computer skills (email, internet).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the wellbeing of the community common areas and amenity facilities.

Be tactful and courteous at all times.

Respond to all pages for assistance. Inform management of major emergencies.

Walk the common areas and amenity facilities on a regular basis.

Maintain a log of all happenings in the community.

Respond to complaints of loud disturbances. Analyze the situation and contact the Police Department if assistance is needed. Use good judgment.

Tag and tow illegally parked vehicles.

Keep a log of burned out light bulbs.

Pick up trash and debris on the grounds.

a. Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
b. Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures.
c. Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
d. Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents,
prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
e. Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
f. Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.

At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. When selecting the top candidate to hire for a position, the offer we extend is dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role. Our employment offer is accompanied by additional compensation associated with our comprehensive total rewards package, which includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses, when applicable. Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
Salary Range: $19.61 per hour to $19.65 per hour
