Dynamic Mobile Rehab is seeking an energetic and motivated Physical Therapy Account Representative (1099) specializing in Business Development to join our dynamic team. We provide Physical and Occupational Therapy in ALF's, ILF's and in home as a mobile outpatient provider.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase referral sources within outpatient clinics, hospitals, and physician offices.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of physical therapy services and related solutions to healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with medical professionals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Identify new market opportunities through analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Manage existing accounts effectively by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering loyalty.
- Deliver compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to communicate the value of our services clearly and confidently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs while demonstrating technical sales expertise in physical therapy products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational skills and Microsoft Office applications including Word.
- Lead outreach efforts outside traditional office settings through outside sales initiatives, representing the company at industry events and community health fairs.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or medical sales, preferably within physical therapy, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Demonstrated success in account management with a focus on developing new business opportunities through negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and presentations confidently.
- Familiarity with analysis skills to evaluate market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in outside sales roles that require proactive outreach, organization, and leadership in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of technical sales processes related to healthcare products or services.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
