Hand In Hand Early Education Center is seeking a passionate, organized, and motivated School Site Supervisor to lead our school-age before- and after-school program. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, building relationships with families, and creating a safe, engaging environment where school-age children can learn, play, and thrive.

What You'll Do
- Provide daily leadership and supervision of the school-age program.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment for children.
- Plan and oversee developmentally appropriate activities, enrichment opportunities, and homework support.
- Supervise, coach, and support staff to maintain high-quality programming.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, school personnel, and team members.
- Maintain compliance with Iowa childcare licensing regulations and Hand In Hand policies.
- Manage attendance, daily schedules, and program documentation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful program culture.
Qualifications
- Experience working with school-age children in a childcare, education, or recreation setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Meet Iowa childcare licensing requirements, including required training and background checks.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
