Position Overview
AllShifts is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) that provides direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients in an acute care hospital setting. The RN utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple patients with diverse medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families
- Document care in EHR
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Minimum Requirements
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Active RN license
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- PEDS experience is required
- Acute care experience preferred
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
