AgVision has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Support Specialist. Candidates should have experience in ag technology or similar online technology support experience, excellent communication skills and base level knowledge of every day computer programs (Microsoft Toolsets). Basic accounting knowledge (bookkeeping & payroll) is a plus. Customer Support Specialists help customers with their AgVision software application use. They also are involved with documentation, client onboarding and testing. Those who apply should like working in a fast-paced team environment. College degree or equivalent experience is desired. Minimal overnight travel (planned in advance) may be required. Must have a valid driver's license.
