As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
- Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging
- Positive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
- A quick learner who is open to feedback and new challenges
- Comfortable asking questions and proposing creative solutions
