Duties
- Assist with property leasing processes, including showing units, processing applications.
- Support property managers in handling tenant inquiries, resolving conflicts, and managing lease agreements in accordance with landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain accurate data entry in property management software, including rent collections, maintenance requests, and lease documentation.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Conduct regular filing, record keeping, and data entry to support legal compliance and administrative efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone etiquette, fostering positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Skills
- Proficiency with property management software, excel And general computer skill.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate administrative tasks including contracts, legal documentation, data entry, filing, and office procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with conflict management and negotiation abilities to handle tenant concerns effectively.
- Familiarity with property leasing processes, property maintenance coordination, facilities management, and upselling techniques.
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
