Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Journeyman/Foreman Installer to lead and execute the installation, of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems in commercial settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality installations and service delivery. As a key team member, you will oversee installation projects, coordinate with team members, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of commercial HVAC systems
- Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to ensure precise execution of projects.
- Supervise and coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely completion of installations while maintaining safety standards.
- Mentor apprentices or junior technicians while fostering a safe work environment on-site.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures, service reports, schematics updates, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Journeyman or Foreman in commercial HVAC installation with a strong mechanical background.
- Skilled in reading schematics aExtensive knowledge of HVAC
