CTI Inc is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the second shift. If you're a night owl or someone who thrives in a focused, efficient environment, this could be the perfect opportunity! As a QC Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our food products. As a QC Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our food products. Requirements:

Experience in the food processing industry is desired (1 year preferred).

Quality and safety-conscious mindset.

Associates degree (desired but not mandatory).

GMP and HACCP experience.

Proficiency in MS Office products and basic computer skills.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:

Perform and document QC checks in production rooms.

Create detailed reports from QC checks.

Inspect the quality of food products during production.

Ensure products meet specifications consistently.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Follow food handling procedures and QA policies.

Maintain excellent communication with supervisors and colleagues.

Adhere to safety protocols and report any violations.

Participate in HACCP procedures.
