Vice President of Enterprise Sales – Manhattan
Location: Manhattan, New York (Hybrid / Field-based with primary focus on Manhattan and the greater New York metro area)
Compensation: Highly competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure (OTE well into six figures, with top performers reaching low seven figures) + equity participation and comprehensive benefits package

As our Manhattan-based enterprise seller, you will engage directly with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across real estate finance — transforming complex roofing challenges into immediate, measurable financial and operational wins.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy targeting Manhattan’s top REITs, institutional owners, investors, and large-scale commercial property portfolios.
- Walk prospects and customers through our portfolio Yield Enhancer describing in detail how our partnership will help enhance portfolio returns and attract more valuable capital through our Environmental stewardship and the unlocking of hidden ROI in their portfolio.
- Leverage and expand your existing C-level relationships in real estate finance to position Fortis’s Roof Performance Program as the superior, cost-effective alternative to traditional full roof replacement.
- Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and financial models that speak directly to sophisticated decision-makers focused on CAPEX optimization, risk transfer, asset valuation, and sustainability.
- Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and underwriting assessments to proposal development, negotiation, and closing multi-million-dollar agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Fortis leadership and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer outcomes.
- Consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets while helping establish Fortis as the recognized leader in commercial roof performance across North America.
Who You Are
- You bring deep, established C-level relationships within Manhattan’s real estate finance community – specifically with REITs, private equity real estate firms, institutional owners, and related sectors.
- You are well-versed in real estate finance, with a strong command of CAPEX strategies, asset management, property valuation, and total cost of ownership models.
- You are a seasoned, high-caliber enterprise seller who crafts and delivers powerfully persuasive presentations and messages that influence senior executives and close complex, high-value deals.
- You excel in consultative, solution-based selling and have a proven ability to translate technical innovation into clear, compelling business outcomes.
- You are a self-motivated hunter with exceptional communication skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota in enterprise B2B sales (ideally within real estate, building products, insurance, or financial services).
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications in real estate finance preferred.
