Compensation:
$17.50 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
- Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
- Write and implement departmental operation schedules
- Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs
- Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
Qualifications:-
Food handling license
- National food and health safety regulations knowledge
- Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
