What You'll Do
As the Operations Supervisor for the Raleigh territory, you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple customer locations while ensuring exceptional service and quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage and lead field employees and independent contractors throughout the Raleigh territory
- Create and adjust weekly schedules to ensure every customer location is serviced on time
- Conduct regular quality inspections of model homes, sales offices, and commercial properties
- Build strong relationships with home builders and customer representatives
- Quickly resolve customer concerns while delivering outstanding service
- Coordinate recurring maintenance services, including carpet cleaning, HVAC filter replacement, light bulb changes, and other scheduled work
- Evaluate and onboard new customer locations into existing service routes
- Update routing and scheduling software for maximum efficiency
- Assign work orders and monitor productivity
- Ensure company quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Manage inventory and distribute cleaning supplies and equipment
- Approve and verify employee time records
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Support business growth by identifying additional service opportunities within existing accounts
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 3+ years of field operations, facilities management, or service management experience
- Experience supervising multiple employees or contractors
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- A customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience scheduling employees across multiple job sites
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- OSHA knowledge is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
- 3+ years managing field teams in a service-based business
- Experience working with home builders, commercial cleaning, facilities management, landscaping, maintenance, hospitality, or similar industries
