The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Proven and verifiable track record of sales success
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate our sales force
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to help others
- Goal and detail oriented
- Positive and self-motivated
- Ability to make difficult decisions quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills
