We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and insurance carriers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service on insurance-related tasks. This role demands a high level of organization, multitasking ability, and adherence to established time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first line of communication for clients and insurance carriers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Workflow Management: Oversee the daily processing of policies, endorsements, certificates, change requests, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to gather information for new policies and renewals, and handle other daily tasks to meet their insurance needs.
- Organization and Multitasking: Effectively organize work, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines within established time constraints.
- Renewal Management: Collaborate with the Producer to review and manage the renewal expiration list, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop proposals and other presentations for clients and prospects, showcasing insurance solutions and value propositions.
- Documentation Maintenance: Utilize Epic Software to set up and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and policy history.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: A current Property & Casualty license is required.
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, property, and casualty knowledge of standard industry policies and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
