SUMMARY
Attend to locker room needs of club members and guests.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role does not have any managerial or lead responsibilities.
SUCCESS CRITERIA

Ability to communicate well with membership

Ability to work with and get along with other locker attendants

Ability to learn technical aspects of programming and maintenance of Digital Locks

Ability to learn and excel in shoe care.

Responsible to avoid membership complaints on shoe care, locker cleanliness and amenities stocking.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Install/setup various parts of member lockers including shelving and digital combination locks; frequent troubleshooting and/or replacing digital combination locks and programming member combination codes

Fold/Stock clean bath towels for members; Stock new hand towels for members; Remove and store dirty bath and hand towels in basement for laundering pickup

Fill water cup holders/water dispenser

Fill/restock all amenities: shampoo/conditioner, paper slippers, deodorants, shaving cream, lotion, cologne, etc.

Ensure showers and tile floors are clean; notify maintenance/janitorial service for issues

Clean and keep Sauna room hot

Check/fill hand soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, Kleenex dispensers
-
Check/fill toilet paper and seat cover paper dispensers
-
Clean and shine golf and street shoes, stretch tight shows as requested

Install replacement cleats on golf shoes as requested
-
Install replacement shoe laces as requested

Order Locker Room supplies/amenities for both locker rooms

Clean and drain Air Compressor Machine (Monthly)

Ensure cleanliness of restroom floors; wipes mirrors and walls; cleans basins, lavatories and showers.

Provides for the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property.

Maintains inventory of supplies.

Cleans and maintains hot tub, sauna area and other special facilities and equipment in locker room.

Completes other assignments made by the Locker Room Manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role operates in the Locker Room areas of the Club and requires working some hours standing and/or
walking through locker room and/or basement where supplies/towels are stored. May visit Fitness Center and/or kitchen areas to help restock certain areas of the locker/lounges.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment, which is typical of this position.

Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.

Frequent repetitive motions.

Continuous standing and walking.

Able to lift, pull or push 30 pounds.

Experience in cleaning, caring for and restoring athletic shoes and golf shoes.

- High school education or GED preferred.
