The Laborer supports daily field operations including site preparation, material handling, and assisting with concrete placement and finishing work.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Assisting with concrete pours, forming, and finishing
- Digging, leveling, compacting, and backfilling
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
- Maintaining safety standards and site cleanliness
