Pay Rate: $ 1400 To $ 1620 / Week

Schedule: Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide for a 10-week contract opportunity in Cromwell, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide medication assistance and direct support to individuals while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life through person-centered care and daily living support.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and provide direct support while assisting individuals with daily living activities.
Monitor the comfort, safety, and well-being of individuals while supporting their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs.
Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other daily living tasks.
Encourage individuals to achieve personal goals and develop skills that promote independence.
Provide compassionate emotional support while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Active Medication Aide Certification in good standing required.
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting, transferring, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing person-centered care.
