Join a dynamic team of 120+ attorneys serving California's public education system.

Handle civil litigation on behalf of school districts and community colleges in state and federal court

Draft and argue motions including summary judgment and dispositive motions
-
Take and defend depositions
-
Manage administrative proceedings and regulatory defense matters
-
Provide strategic counseling and risk mitigation directly to administrators and boards
-
Carry a substantive caseload with real autonomy across complex, education-specific legal issues
Looking For:

CA Bar
-
Background in education law, labor and employment, public entity defense, civil rights, or administrative law preferred
-
Insurance defense and/or public entity experience helpful
