Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of short term rental and private residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain proper sanitation protocols by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Assist with air bnb management tasks in short term rental settings or similar environments to ensure interior of home and exterior amenities are pristine.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely while adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
Experience
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred; experience in hotel housekeeping or air bnb cleaning is a plus.
- Experience with laundry operations and maintaining sanitation standards in various settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures to ensure effective and safe work practices.
