What You'll Be Doing
Every day brings something different. You'll help customers, maintain the property, and ensure operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional property appearance
- Performing light maintenance and coordinating repairs when necessary
- Delivering outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Assisting customers with rentals, payments, leases, and account questions
- Helping customers select storage units, moving supplies, and protection plans
- Supporting daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assisting neighboring facilities when occasional coverage is needed
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance, repair, or property-related experience
- Customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel occasionally between Rochester-area locations
- Availability to work Saturdays
Schedule
- 24–28 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional on-call coverage
