We’re on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving up expertly crafted drinks. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages or issues promptly..
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while performing cashiering duties during busy hours.
- Support food service by assisting with serving food or beverages at special events like banquets or nightclubs when needed.
Skills
- Previous experience working as a bartender in settings such as pubs, sports bars, nightclubs, or catering events is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills to create an inviting environment for all guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
