Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full Time. 100% Onsite, for enhanced collaboration and communication.
Shift Information: Monday - Friday; 8 AM to 5 PM
Location: Niles, IL. (near the northside of Chicago). Conveniently located near multiple CTA and Pace bus routes with access from Jefferson Park, Skokie, and Chicago’s northwest side.
Job Requirements:
* 3 - 5 years of professional experience in customer service, account management, inside sales support, or business operations support (manufacturing/distribution industry preferred).
* Associates degree or higher in a Business-related field preferred. Relevant experience combined with some higher education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
* Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
* Comfortable handling challenging situations and solving problems under pressure.
* Ability to quickly learn technical products, business systems, and evolving processes.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
* Positive, team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software and ERP systems is a plus.
* Comfortable adapting to new technologies, automation tools, and evolving business processes.
What You Will Do :
* Serve as a key point of contact for customers and sales representatives by providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support.
* Assist customers with order status, billing questions, product information, and issue resolution.
* Support inside sales efforts through quote coordination, customer follow-up, and account support activities.
* Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Perform accurate and timely data entry of purchase orders into the ERP system.
* Manage a high volume of emails, phone calls, and customer requests while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
* Develop strong product knowledge and become a trusted resource.
* Identify problems proactively and help drive solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Adapt to evolving technologies, system enhancements, and process improvements as the business grows.
