Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Front Line Staff to support the daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the store runs efficiently. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in daily operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist the management team with inventory levels and stock management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Cash register operations.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication.
Experience
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Familiarity with cash register operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
