LPN/T-LPN
Bloomfield, NM
Shifts - Day shift available - 5 am to 5 pm.
Contract Duration: 7-10 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Taking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations)
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting changes
- Administering medications (within state scope of practice)
- Performing wound care and dressing changes
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
- Collecting specimens (urine, blood, sputum, etc.)
- Inserting and caring for urinary catheters (depending on facility policy and state law)
- Documenting patient care in medical records
- Educating patients and families on basic health care and medications
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of LPN exp.
NH or Compact active LPN License
BLS.
Pay: $41.00 - $48.00 per hour
License/Certification:
