- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the dishes.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Process customer payments using a cash register or POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making changes.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
