Role
Lead shifts with energy and a hands‑on approach: supervise and coach team members, assign and prioritize tasks, keep customer lines moving, manage transactions and end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation, resolve customer issues professionally, enforce cleanliness and safety standards, and support training and performance feedback to build a motivated, customer‑first team.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience preferred (retail/restaurant a plus)
- Outgoing, 100% people person; reliable, proactive, and fast-paced
- Comfortable handling cash/cards accurately
- Flexible availability, including weekends
