About the Role
As a Vault Attendant, you will play a key role in securing the financial integrity and bottom-line stability of our local branch. You’ll work closely with field collectors, route managers, and the internal accounting department to protect company revenue, eliminate operational risk, and guarantee the absolute accuracy of daily revenue cycles.
What you’ll do
Core Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end cash flow: Process cash bankrolls from check-out to check-in by counting drop currency, wrapping coins, preparing daily bank deposits, and auditing financial records to balance the vault.

Oversee ATM & banking logistics: Monitor ATM levels remotely, coordinate cash replenishment schedules, and communicate directly with financial institutions to order and verify currency shipments.

Safeguard company assets: Protect physical inventory by inspecting incoming funds, enforcing operational cash-room security protocols, and verifying the secure storage of all holdings.
Collaborations and Partnerships
- Investigate financial discrepancies: Partner closely with the accounting department and management to research variances, cross-reference transaction paperwork, and resolve vault balance errors.
Support field operations: Work alongside route personnel to reconcile and settle daily cash collections gathered from customer locations.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain money-handling equipment: Test, clean, and verify the calibration accuracy of coin sorters, bill counters, electronic scales, and smart safes.

Who You Are

Financially & mathematically capable: Possesses at least six months of cash-handling experience alongside basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to process high-volume currency without error.

Education
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience
Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated transferable skills.
Work Environment
This position works primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment with minimal exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Noise levels and environmental changes are typically low and predictable.
