JOB SUMMARY:
This position works closely with the Director of Policy & Business Development and assist in leading 340B program operations, including program & project management, auditing and using data analysis to optimize specific areas of focus within the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Upholds and supports the mission, philosophy, objectives, policies and ethics of CHSI.

Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Develops and organizes materials for presentations and collateral material as required by the Director of Policy & Business Development

Stays abreast of current and public policy and rule changes that may impact the 340B program and coveys’ information to 340B team for timely action.

Actively engages with senior leadership and participates in decision-making processes related to the implementation of new 340B processes.

Actively supports project management and technical support.

Self-initiates 340b program maintenance and optimization; coordinating with contract pharmacy partner, third-party administrators, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve program performance.

Develops, executes, and documents any reports or audits of the 340B program, and coordinates and ensures remediation of any findings.

Participates in the development, review, revision and enforcement of 340B policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.

Generate, analyze, and present 340B program utilization, compliance, and operational performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Perform all other duties as directed either formally or informally, verbally or in writing.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Previous experience in healthcare is preferred, including FQHCs & 340B.

Demonstrated track record of analytical and critical thinking skills.

Detailed and strategy oriented.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to perform tasks related to physical activity to complete the responsibilities of the position.

Be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. with the help of another person.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Three years or more of related experience required. Bachelor’s degree or five years of experience preferred.

Must possess a current California Driver's License and maintain proof of valid automobile insurance.
-
Must be able to travel locally up to 10% of the time
