We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Journeyman Electricians for a long-term Prevailing Wage opportunity in Newport News, VA.
** Prevailing Wage hourly pay rate is $42.94 **
- Candidates must have at least 7 years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial Electrical settings and should be proficient in running/bending various types/sizes of EMT (conduit/threaded rigid), pulling wire and installing/wiring a variety of lights and devices
- Must have a clean criminal background
- Must have a REAL ID or current Passport
- Must be able to work from blueprints, diagrams and specifications
- Experience working in distribution center environments is highly desired
- Must be able to work 50+ hrs/wk.
- Must have tools of the trade and all required PPE
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to job site daily
- Must work in a safe manner and adhere to Lockout/Tag Out, and various OSHA/safety
