THE OPPORTUNITY
A well-established, high-volume restaurant and nightlife venue in the greater Tampa area is searching for a General Manager who can do what almost no one else can: run a polished, elevated dining room — and then flip the switch and command one of the area's most electric late-night destinations, complete with live entertainment, DJs, and VIP bottle service running into the early morning on weekends.
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 / year + performance incentives
THE ROLE
You'll own the full arc of the guest experience — from a standout dinner service and cocktail program to high-energy DJ nights and premium bottle service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely lights up in a fast-paced, high-volume, late-night environment, and who knows how to keep energy, service, and safety standards high when the room is at capacity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, partnering closely with kitchen and bar leadership on quality and consistency across every service period.
- Run the nightlife side of the business directly — entertainment and DJ programming, VIP and bottle service, table reservations, and crowd flow.
- Uphold rigorous security, safety, and responsible-service standards during peak late-night hours.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a team, building a culture of hospitality and accountability.
- Own full P&L responsibility — labor and cost controls, inventory management, and revenue targets.
- Drive private events, group bookings, and premium experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightlife venue — ideally one that spans both dining and late-night service.
- Deep, genuine familiarity with nightlife operations: DJ and entertainment programming, VIP and bottle service, and security and crowd management.
- A track record of building an atmosphere that draws a crowd — and keeps it coming back.
- Strong financial acumen and a history of building and retaining great teams.
- The composure to stay decisive under pressure, and real passion for hospitality and nightlife.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights as the business demands.
- A valid Florida alcohol-service certification (or willingness to obtain one) and working knowledge of local regulations.
WHY THIS ROLE
Step into a standout venue with a strong reputation, a loyal following, and one of the most exciting nightlife scenes in the market — with real room to make the role your own. Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and a genuine opportunity to shape the operation are all part of the package.
