Overview
This is a Junior Assistant position, you will assist with our senior maintenance manager as an Airbnb Maintenance and Repair Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our short-term rental properties are safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest. Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential properties to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Carry out repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
- Supervise or assist with subcontractors or team members during larger repair projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, safety checks, and repairs
- Must have reliable transportation
Skills
- Experience in home maintenance and residential repair work.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach to guest interactions when needed.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and coordination with team members or contractors.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
