Are you an organized, people-focused professional ready to build a rewarding career in HR? Join Kinsale Insurance, a leading excess and surplus (E&S) lines carrier headquartered in Richmond, VA. We're known for our high-quality, high-touch approach and innovative, personalized solutions that help clients manage complex risks. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in bringing great people into our growing organization.

- Owning interview scheduling and candidate logistics across all open requisitions, including collecting interviewer availability and confirming interviews.
- Managing the new-hire process end to end, including offer paperwork, background check follow-up, pre-boarding, and day-one onboarding.
- Coordinating career fair and campus recruiting events, including registration, logistics, and on-site attendance.
- Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisition setup, candidate status updates, and data accuracy.
- Providing general HR administrative support as needed.
- Building toward steady-state ownership of a portfolio of high-volume pipeline requisitions over time.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or a related coordination-heavy role.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills — you'll represent the company to candidates and at campus events and job fairs.
- Comfort working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and general HR systems, with high attention to detail on data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and willingness to travel occasionally for career fairs and campus recruiting events — a plus for candidates eager to grow beyond administration.
