Responsibilities

Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Strong knife skills, food preparation, and meal assembly expertise are essential
- Familiarity with food safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Experience in menu planning, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Basic understanding of culinary concepts gained through culinary school or hands-on kitchen experience is advantageous
