We are looking for a few responsible and vigilant individuals to serve as the first point of contact for our tavern Thursday to Saturday. This role requires a unique blend of high-end hospitality and proactive security management to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. Your main responsibility is to check ID's at the door and verify age of guests, with occasional collection of cover charges on nights there is a band/DJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control: Greet guests at the entrance and control the flow of traffic.
- Verification: Check IDs to enforce age requirements and verify credentials for authorized entry.
- Security Monitoring: Conduct routine patrols and monitor entrances/exits to respond to incidents or emergencies.
- Hospitality: Assist guests , provide directions, and answer questions regarding our facility
- Conflict Resolution: De-escalate potential disturbances with professionalism and maintain order.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
