Responsibilities
- Uphold a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere
- Answer customer questions regarding menu and brewing techniques
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep the bar area clean
Skills
- Previous work experience as a Barista or relevant training a plus
- Previous experience is a must
- Hands-on experience with various brewing equipment
- Interest in learning more about the coffee process
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Creativity in contributing to a unique environment and designing new drinks
- Excellent communication skills
