3+ years of Restaurant General management experience in full-service, multi-meal period establishments (upscale dining, chef driven brand cuisine preferred).
Strong background in restaurant openings, with the ability to design and execute systems from the ground up.
Financial acumen with proven experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and cost control.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol compliance.
