Misra Wellness is a physician-owned Direct Primary Care and Internal & Integrative Medicine practice specializing in preventive medicine, women's health, medical weight management, hormone optimization, and personalized patient care.
We are launching a physician-supervised intravenous iron infusion program designed to improve access to evidence-based treatment for patients referred by their physicians. This is an opportunity to join the practice at the beginning of an exciting new service line and help shape how it grows.
We are seeking an experienced California Registered Nurse who enjoys working independently, values meaningful patient relationships, and is excited about helping build a growing physician-owned practice from the ground up.
Initial hours will be limited as the service launches, with opportunities for additional clinic days, expanded responsibilities, increased compensation, and future leadership as patient demand and the practice grow.
POSITION DETAILS
- Per diem
- One to two weekdays initially
- Initial clinic hours are expected to be approximately 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM depending on patient scheduling and volume. Hours and Clinic days may increase over time as patient demand and services grow
- Starting compensation: $50 to $65 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity for increased hours, compensation growth, expanded responsibilities, and future leadership as the practice grows

- Physician supervision in a collaborative practice environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer physician-ordered intravenous iron treatments
- Establish and maintain peripheral IV access
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Recognize and respond appropriately to infusion reactions according to established office protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with inventory management and receipt of medical supplies
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready clinical environment
- Deliver compassionate, attentive, patient-centered care
- Help establish and improve workflows for a new clinical program
- Support patient retention, community outreach, referral relationships, and efforts to attract new patients as services expand
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active California Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong peripheral IV insertion skills
- Previous infusion experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the physician
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable helping build a new service
