We are seeking a highly driven and experienced business development manager to join our growing team at Alchemy Pay. The ideal candidate will have profound understanding of cryptocurrency & payments industry and LATAM local Web 3 landscape. Proficiency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish is required.
Job Description:
1. Work closely with Senior Management team to develop and implement tailored business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives focusing on LATAM market.
2. Research and identify new business opportunities, particularly in crypto on/off-ramp and crypto-acceptance solutions, to acquire new clients, increase market share and expand revenue streams.
3. Identify, establish and maintain partnerships with leading projects, L1,2 protocols, CEXs, Wallets and other business partners to enhance collaborations and stimulate revenue growths.
4. Represent Alchemy Pay at industry conferences, local events and client meetings.
5. Conduct market research to identify best practices in the crypto payments space and provide market insights to support the internal payment team.
6. Closely follow new market trends, competitor activities and collect instant feedback from clients and partners to refine our product offerings, marketing campaigns and business strategies.
7. Work closely with the internal stakeholders, including product, marketing and operations team to facilitate a smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience and success in a business development role within Web3 and Crypto space.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management, marketing or a related field is a plus.
3. In-depth knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Payments.
4. Proficiency in English; Native in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
5. Past experiences in FinTech and/or Payments industry is preferred.
6. Rich network of industry connections within Web3 and Payment industry is essential.
7. Resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong multitasking & execution skills.
8. Exceptional verbal & written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
9. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to new changes.
