Your Role & Impact
As our Orthodontic Assistant Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the managing our Scuba Squad. You're not only coordinating orthodontic observation care; you're creating moments that make families feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their orthodontic journey. Every interaction you have helps a child overcome dental anxiety or gives a parent peace of mind about their family's oral health.
What you'll master:
- Become the friendly face and voice families trust
- Photography and Intraoral Scanning
- Designing Orthodontic Appliances
- Build genuine connections with patients and families
- Grow skills that translate to any industry (communication, problem-solving, healthcare administration)
