Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Key Responsibilities
- Quote and close multiple lines of coverage (as appropriate) to match the client’s needs and provide the right insurability protection
- Conduct policy reviews and present clear recommendations based on coverage gaps and life changes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution
- Recommend, explain, and sell policies to warm and cold leads using consultative, needs-based conversations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm products and agency processes
- Complete all administrative and service tasks accurately, professionally, and on time

Qualifications
- Must be licensed in insurance 215 (Life & Health)
- Must be licensed in insurance 220 or 440
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to pass a background check
